Who We Are?
"Goals Start Now (GSN) is a 501c3 non-profit fitness group in South Jersey. We're all about getting people excited and motivated to stay active and healthy. We plan and support fitness events, help out in our community, and run charity events too.
Our main goal is to make a place where everyone, no matter how fit they are, can find chances to grow, get better, and keep going strong in their fitness journey."

Propel 100 supports Cancer Patient Support Services and Mobile Health Screenings by Virtua Health.
GSN & Virtua Health's mission is to help the community, "Be Well, Get Well and Stay Well." Your participation will make a big difference for cancer patients in Burlington County!

July 12-19, 2025, Ride for Runaways. This is a 500-mile, 7-day, one-way road ride, Geneva, NY, to Trenton, NJ. Benefits Anchor House.
Sat. July 26, 2025, Spellbound Century, Mount Holly, NJ. Ride 20, 45, 65 or 100 mi. Register early because this event always sells out! No day-of-event registration. TnT Cycling
Sat. Aug. 2, 2025, Hilly Philly, Philadelphia, PA. Ride 25 mi with 2,500-ft of climbing. Beef and beer party after the ride. $40 donation to the American Cancer Society is requested.
Sun. Aug. 17, 2025, Covered Bridge Classic, Lancaster County, PA.
Ride 35-100 mi from seven start locations. Very scenic routes through Amish farmlands on rolling terrain with a few hills. Benefits the Lancaster Bicycle Club’s Grant Program.

Choice of Six routes, 12-125 mi, through the farm and lake country of northern and western New Jersey. Bicycle Touring Club of North Jersey

Ride 10, 30 or 50 mi through low-traffic, central New Jersey, including segments along the scenic Delaware & Raritan Canal. Benefits Renaissance Cyclists Defeating Cancer United (RCDCU)
Sept. 27–28, 2025, Bike MS: City to Shore, Cherry Hill, NJ to Ocean City, NJ.
Multiple start locations; ride 1 or 2 days. Benefits the National MS Society.
Sun. Oct. 5, 2025, Giro del Vino, White Horse Winery, Hammonton, NJ.
Ride 25, 45 or 63 mi on flat terrain. Registration includes a post-ride glass of wine and a free souvenir wine glass. TnT Cycling
